Superintendent Thomas G. Corsie ; devoted more that 40 years in law and order in Northwestern Ontario ; dies in hospital ; born in Scotland ; went to Hamilton 56 years ago ; then to Fort William 4 years later ; joined Fort William Police department in 1924 ; transferred to Ontario Provincical Police in Port Arthur in 1917 ; promoted to sergeant in 1939 ; inspector at Kenora in 1948 ; retired as superintendent 1964 ; named outboard police cruiser in Kenora in his honor ; married to Maude (Penny) NcNichol in 1940
