The back of the postcard reads "International Friendship Gardens (Symbolic Arch) - Originated by the Soroptimist International of Thunder Bay as a Centennial project, these ethnic Gardens were designed, constructed and financed by the Polish, Ukrainian, Canadian, Slovakian, German, Italian, Lithuanian, Danish and Finnish people. They cluster around beautiful Reflection Lake, located in Chapples Recreational Park, Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada".
