He later became District Engineer for the Ontario Government's Department of Northern Development which was the predecessor of the Department of Highways in Northern Ontario. 11. Accompanying this as Alexander John Isbester Exhibit Number One, Volume 2 is his obituary notice when he died at Port Arthur in January, 1942. 12.
