    This photograph depicts a group of passengers waiting for the arrival of a train at the Paris Junction Station, c. 1885. Two railway lines, the Great Western Railway and the Buffalo-Goderich Railway, both ran through Paris and shared a station.

    (On original matting) Send-off at the corner of William and Willow Streets for seven First World War volunteers, August 23, 1914. The men were conveyed in Ford cars to Brantford. The railway tracks are those of the Grand Valley Railway.

    (On original matting) ROYAL VISIT, JUNE, 1939 When the royal train proved to be shorter than expected, the spectators broke ranks and rushed forward towards the observation platform. Only Gladys-Steuart [sic] Jones and her Girl Guides stood firmly at attention.
