WELBY ALMAS has been instructed by the executors of the late ABRAHAM EDWARDS to sell by Public Auction, at the farm, situated 1 mile west of Onondaga and 3 miles east of Cainsville, better, known as the George Edwards Farm, on WEDNESDAY, JAN. 15
AT 10 O'CLOCK, SHARP, LUNCH AT NOON, THE FOLLOWING GOODS:
HORSES—One Sorrel Team, well matched, weight about 2650 lbs.; 1 Grey Mare, good driver; 1 Bay Horse, splendid Worker, by Dr. Tom; 1 Sorrel Colt, hackney, coming 2 years old ; 1 Brown Mare, pony, 4 years old, a dandy,
CATTLE—TWELVE OOWS — 4 Fresh Milch, 2 will be in by time of sale, 6 others giving milk and supposed to be in calf; 1 Pure Bred Durham Bull, registered, fit to head any herd in Canada; 16 Head of Fat Cattle—if not previously sold—good ones,: some fit foe-exportation; 8 Yearling Steers, 2 Yearling Heifers, 6 Spring Calves, 5 Small Calves.
HOGS—Three Sows, in pig, 1 due Jan. 15, 1 due April 1; 18 Good Thrifty Shpats.
IMPLEMENTS—One Massey-Haaris Binder, nearly new; 1 Massey-Harris Mower, in good repair; 1 Masaey-Harris Corn Binder, nearly new; 1 Hay Tedder, 1 One-Horse Rake, 1 Cockshutt Disc, 1 Massey-Harris Seed Drill, 1 Roller, 1 Set Iron Drugs, 1 Plow, Hill's Patent; 1 Nip Plow, 1 Massey-Harris Field Cultivator, 1 Corn Cultivator, 1 Bell No. 50 Cutting Box, with carriers, complete for filling silo, 1 Wheel Scraper, 2 Lumber Wagons, 2 Set Bob-Sleighs, 2 Buggies, 1 good as new; 1 Road, Cart, 1 Cutter, 1 Democrat, with Pole and Shafts; 2 Hay Racks, 2 Wagon Boxes, 1 Fanning Mill, 1 Root Pulper, 1 Iron Kettle, 1 Buggy Pole, 1 Hay Fork, Car and Rope; 1 Good Hay Press, 1 Set Scales with Stock Rack, 3000 lbs. capacity.
HARNESS—Two Set Double Harness, 1 Set Single Harness, Whiffletrees, Neck-yokes, Forks, Shovels, Chains, etc.
A quantity of 11 inch Maple Lumber for flooring, about 30 Cord Stove Wood.
GRAIN—About 25 acres Wheat in ground, about 500 bushels Seed Oats, about 500 bushels Barley, about 20 tons of First-Class Hay and a quantity of Straw.
TERMS OF SALE—All sums of $10.00 and under, cash; over that amount 9 months credit will be given on furnishing approved "security or 4 per cent, off for cash , on credit. Fat Cattle and Grain cash unless otherwise arranged with Executors.
