- This photograph depicts Biggar House with a later addition, c. 1960. It was printed on page 72 of The Work of Our Hands by Sharon Jaeger, and was provided by Linda Guest.
Biggar House was originally built in the early 19th century, probably for Robert Biggar, by John Randall Ellis. It was at one time the home of Mount Pleasant's first piano, indicating its standing in the community. - Date of Original
