- This 1918 photograph depicts the Paris Fire Department's first motorized fire truck, which was then brand-new. According to D.A. Smith, it is a Ford Model T truck. The man to the left is mayor C.B. Robinson, who was responsible for the purchase.
The signs on the building in the back read:
"BOSWORTH & CHURCHILL
GOODRICK TIRES"
