- This photograph, taken circa 1900, shows the grocery and glassware store of John M. Patterson on the corner of Dundas and Burwell streets. The store's wagon with its horse is visible outside its entrance; on the other street, a shopkeeper can be seen with two children, one of whom is leading the horse attached to another wagon.
