- Description
- A photograph of a train pulling into the Helen Street / Broadway Street East Station in Paris Ontario. Several people can be seen waiting on the platform. The Helen Street / Broadway Street Station replaced the Paris Junction Station after it was demolished in 1907 after a decrease in rail traffic through Paris. This was due to the creation of a new junction located in Brantford.
This photo and a few others were found in a photo album at the County of Brant Public Library. It is unknown when this photo was taken and by whom. - Notes
- The station remained in use until 1968 which would mean that this photograph would have to have been before then.
