Description
Headstone at Salt Springs Cemetery for David Glass, his wife Beatrice, and their son Edward. David died in 1957 and was born in 1865. Beatrice E. (maiden name Turnbull) died on February 12th, 1910 at 36 years old. Edward A. was only one month old when he passed on September 20th, 1909.
Notes
Located right next to the Salt Springs Church on the Grand River, the Salt Springs Cemetery has been in operation since 1822. The cemetery is still active under the management of the Salt Springs Cemetery Board of Trustees. There is a plaque on the property that tells the history of the Grand River Mission.
