Description
This item is a letter sent from G.W. Rehder of Matthews and Rehder general merchandise store in Paris, to George Foster and Sons dated December 21, 1903. Mr. Rehder owned a general store at the Paris Junction, a location in downtown, and was mayor of the Town of Paris. He requests that George Fosters forward his order for him on the upcoming Tuesday. Rehder's order includes baking powder, cleaned carrots, grains, mace, and figs.

George Foster and Sons was a Wholesale Grocery business initially located at 143 Colborne Street before relocating to a larger building at 251 Colborne Street on the historic South Side of Brantford.
