Description
This item is a letter sent by telegraph from Thomas McCosh, a Paris merchant, to George Foster and Sons dated April 22, 1901. Mr. McCosh encloses an order for G.G. Wells that he has facilitated. He also adds that he has had little interaction with Mr. Gunn and briefly mentions being paid by Mr. Foreman. McCosh also states his upcoming plans of being in Hamilton, Richmond, and Toronto.

Brussels, Ont., April 22nd 1901

George Foster + Sons

Brantford

Gentlemen

Herewith enclosed please

find order for G.G. Wells Seaforth

he ordered for Bon Lemons from [Ryerson].

Kindly ask them to send them over

to ship with his order. I

not do anything with B.B. Gunn

he says he has had it very dull for

two weeks and Saturday was nothing as it

stormed all day. Geo [Foreman] is away

from home was [expected home] tonight

but did not come. Mr. Thompson paid

me [and] of last bill. I will start in

the morning as is, and drive to

[illegible], and [Richmond] and then

to [Wingham] to get the London horse for

Ripley. Then to [Toronto] at night.
