+ they were very excited when al the rabbits came out. Jean caught a very baby one alive + put it in a box but it didn't live long. - I had to put them on the train at Wolverhampton so as "The Jungle Book" was on at the pictures we went to see it. Pat was a little bit frightened at some parts but Jean wanted to sit through it all over again! - It is a [fortnight?] now since we heard from you so maybe we'll get a letter tomorrow! Wouldn't that be just lovely? - Daddy is fine + we're hoping for a good spell of weather to finish the harvest. Today has been wet + Dr. Curtis + his wife have been here so it was a pity about the rain. You'll maybe get the Air Mail before this - but anyway lots + lots of Love - Mummy.
