- Description
- Ollie Tapley passed away on August 21st, 1819 at the age of 2 years and 10 months. Another Tapley child passed away on October 11th, 1811 at the age of 1 year and 3 months - the name is illegible. They are buried at Tapley Cemetery and may have been the children of Mary and Samuel Tapley. If so, they also had several siblings - Albert, Samuel, and Eliza, and possibly Almon.
- Notes
- Tapley Cemetery is an inactive cemetery in Brant County, under the jurisdiction of the Corporation of the County of Brant. It is located at 92 Godby Rd, east of Burford. The stones have been moved from their original spot, and are now lined up in a row within an enclosed area. Headstones vary in condition: there are nine headstones standing, while others are just stumps. Many headstones are also illegible because of fading.
