- George Shaver was born 1828 and passed away in 1904. Rebecca, his first wife was born in 1830 and passed away in 1858. They had two children. John N. was born in 1852 and passed away in 1872. Melissa C. was born two years after her brother, and passed away in 1860. George's second wife, Charlotte (maiden name Sharpe) was born in 1932 and passed way in 1914. Thomas N. Hinsley was born 1872 and passed away in 1938. Clara A. (maiden name Shaver) was born 1860 and passed away in 1941. The headstone does not include information her relation to the other Shavers, but she may have been a daughter of George with Charlotte. They are buried at Harley Cemetery.
