- An article of agreement between Edwin R Langs and Sarah Langs dated the 23rd of December 1861 where Sarah Langs agrees to release the right and title of her late husband’s property of lot eight in the first range south of Ancaster road in the Township of Brantford and the east part of lot number nine on the north side of said Ancaster road for the sum of five shillings and an agreement by her son to “support and maintain” her in an a “fit and suitable manner according with her station in life.”
