Photograph is captioned "Dignitaries at the dedication of the Memorial, 1930. L. to r.: Allan Scott; Kenneth Robinson; Rev. Wm. McConnell; Rev. J.A. Wilson; Captain Cox, rector of Anglican Church; Franklin Smoke, K.C.; Salvation Army officer; Mayor Isaac Stewart." The boy on the right is Gordon Parsons, who donated the original snapshot to the Paris Museum and Historical Society.
