This Indenture made (in duplicate) the Twenty fourth day of February one thousand Eight hundred and ("eighty") ninety In pursuance of the Act respecting Short Forms of Mortgages: Between Russel William Cooper of the Township of Burford in the County of Brant. Yeoman hereinafter called the Mortgagor of the First Part. Mary Ann Cooper wife of the said Mortgagor of the Second Part. And James Herbert Farrington of the Village of Norwich in the County of Oxford Dentist hereinafter called the Mortgagee of the Third Part; Witnesseth that in consideration of the sum of Three Hundred dollars of lawful money of Canada now paid by the said Mortgagee to the said Mortgagors (the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged) he The said Mortgagor Doth Grant and mortgage unto the said Mortgagee his heirs and assigns FOR EVER All and Singular that certain parcel or tract of land and premises situate lying and being in the Township of Burford in the County of Brant; in the Province of Ontario. Being composed of the South half of Lot Number twenty one ("21" inserted) in the thirteenth Concession of the said Township of Burford containing by [admeasurement] one hundred acres be the same more or less. Save and except out of the same sixty feet square on south east-corner thereof and on addition thereto thirty three acres of the Easterly part thereof
