Yes, it is the Burford "Blue Birds."
This should be easy to identify both the team and the members shown, beings the Historical Society has these uniform artifacts in a baseball hall of fame cabinet which used to sit in the Burford Library. The bird symbol patch shown here was there in the collection with the trophies. Also, there was several photographs just like this one in that collection and newspaper clippings which identify the players.

I think the girl in the centre of the front row is Madeline Tighe Beam.
