After looking at the class photo in front of the Kelvin School, that provides some perspective on school building size, I believe this photo is correctly identified as the Kelvin Public School, and therefore I retract my previous submitted comment regarding this old photo as being a different school.
However, the latitude/longitude and location on the posting is definitely not correct and should be closer to 43.000088°N 80.447165°W using current GoogleEarth maps and the location of the stone/concrete structure (of the original Kelvin Public School) that forms part of the current David Roswell Concrete Products building structure. The school was definitely on the north side of the Burford-Delhi Townline Road, about 1/2 a mile east of Kelvin centre and not as depicted on the accompanying map or at the coordinates provided in the informational text.
Thanks for the information, Walter. I have updated the geographic location.
