- William F. Gowdy was born in 1867 and passed away in 1929. He was the spouse of Eva Cornwall Gowdy, who was born in 1872 and passed away in 1953. They are both buried at the Fairfield Cemetery. Given the location of this headstone it is possible that Eva was a close relation of Esther Cornwall.
