2883 - Probate, March 6, 1894. From Thomas Henry Dickenson to Jane Dickenson. 28.75 Acres (Block L) and 30 Acre (Part of southwest part of Lot C).
4294 - Probate, April 16, 1917. From Jane Dickenson to John Coleman and Alexander Glass. This deed includes 30 Acres as in 1738, 22 acres, being the easterly part of Lot K as in #2353 and thirdly, 28.75 acres in Block L, in all 80.75 acres.

2583 - (Registered as 21273) Probate, September 20, 1893. From Alfred Dickenson to Catherine Dickenson (Wife). If she does not marry, if she marries it goes to Edward Wilbur Dickenson.
