Campbell being a co-plaintiff and represented by Messrs. Osler Harcourt & Co. and his solicitors). The matter was adjusted by Osler & Co. with Messrs. Hughes & Agar. Solicitors for defendants and the amount paid to the Administrator being subject to payment of costs of Brewster & Heyd, Solicitors for John Dowling. Administrator of the Estate of Frank K. Bell 1479.55

The Bonds held by the deceased against the B. Bell and Son Co., Limited, now in liquidation and referred to in schedule D filed herewith, and proceeds of which bonds when ascertained will belong to this Estate.
