Dear Sir:
I duly received your letters of February 15th and 26th and am glad to know that some progress is being maid in this this long pending litigation. I am sending your letters to Dr Addison and his will, I know, be glad to receive them.
Regarding a payment on account of costs, I should think the proper way would be for you to make such a report as you see fit to Mr. Worrell, as he is the chairman of the Committee, and request him to call a meeting of to consider the position and prospects of the matter and decide what had better be done. In this report I would suggest that you also include a reference to the moneys which were to be paid into Court for the bondholders. Doubtless Mr. Brewster had a good deal to do with this latter part of the case but likely you are familiar with the details and can give the Committee whatever information is necessary.
Yours truly,
