SPECIAL ATTENTION GIVEN TO PLUMBING, EAVETROUGHING AND GENERAL REPAIRING

PARIS, ONT., May 31, 1910

Board of Education,

Paris Gentlemen:

I hereby agree to supply and install the Plumbing, Iron Work and Gas Pitting in the Paris High School as per enclosed specifications, for the sura of Seven Hundred Dollars (700.00).

The Close Is specified in these specifications are the same as are in use in the Y.M.C.A. and Penman's |9 Mill* If Standard Automatic Enamelled Iron Closets are used add Fifty Six Dollars ($56.00). If with low Down Closets (Lombard Pattern) deduct Seventy Dollars ($70.00). If with ordinary High Closet deduct Thirty Five Dollars ($35.00). I would strongly recommend High Closets for this work, they using about one half the water.

If with two 30’’ Porcelaine enamelled Drinking Fountains fitted with two Crystal Stream Noszels (sane-as used in the Gait Collegiate) add Fifty Dollars (150.00).

If your Committee can see their way clear to give me this Contract I will guarantee that the work shall be rushed forward with all possible haste so as not to keep other branches of the work behind*

I have looked over the ground thoroughly with Mr. Garnie and have specified a very good line of fixtures, but of course, these can be modified if you so wish.

The Septic Tank included in the specifications is the

latest, being without a valve and is the same as the G.T* R.

are installing for heir Stations.

Hoping this will meet with your approval, I am,

Yours truly,

DONALD SINCLAIR
