My father's uncle, James Alexander, was residing and working in Brantford in 1915-1916.He enlisted in the Canadian Over-Seas Expeditionary Force,Jan.5,1916,as I have a copy of the Attestation Paper. I was wondering if here is a list of B Company as I would to determine if he was a member of this force.

Thank you for visiting our online Digital Historical Collection website!
To answer your question, The County of Brant Public Library does not maintain a physical archives, and has created this website in partnership with many historical organizations that do. In addition, we have had private individuals contribute their family heirlooms for scanning. This image was generously donated by the Force family, so unfortunately we do not have any information about the item beyond what is listed on our website. That being said, now that your question is public, perhaps someone in our community will be able to answer it!

I also have a relative whose attestation papers have him joining on 25th Jan 1916 - would love to know if he is also on the picture - partially as a romantic it seems that I, like Robert, will have to just imagine that he is...

Do you know if there is a list of members of the 125th for any of the 4 companies. I have a photo of D company but am also wondering who is in the photo we are trying to research the family who once built and lived in our house.
