    This photo is part of a number of photos donated by the Erven family, long time residents of the South River area.

    Gordon Furlong's parents were William and Mary Furlong. Gordon was born in 1904.

    The photograph was taken in Sundridge, in-front of Harper's house. Mary Harper was a teacher at uplands. Writing on back of photo mentions a livery team and Archie McCabe, however the significance of
