This was a pamphlet produced as a supplemental piece, to continue the history begun by Ralph Bice on the Pioneer Log Church located at Sand Lake, near Kearney, Ontario.

Bice's history covers the Church's history until 1984. This supplement picks up where he left off and recounts the Church's history from 1984 to 1994. The pamphlet is printed with black ink, on white paper. It discuses the changing appearance of the log church and the continuing services offered at it.
