"This house was built about 1909 by James Jenkins, who was a carpenter. It was later occupied by the Bill Lennox family for many years. Later owners were Bert James, then Ross Miller. When Millers died, the house was rented; Susan Todd and her family lived there for a while. It was then sold to Ted Beckford, who used it as a summer home for many years. He sold to Jack King in 1998." - Date of Original
