- Black and white photograph of the old Anglican Church in Dunchurch. The building is wooden and has a steeply pitched roof. There are three windows on the side. On the left side of the building is a white door. On the ground outside the church is snow. There is a fence going around the building.

- In the lower right corner, "ANGLICAN CHURCH, DUNCHURCH, ON," was added by scratching the negative. On the the back of the picture, "CHURCH DUNCHURCH 1896 LOT 60 CON A HAGERMAN ST ANDREWS ANGLICAN," is handwritten.
