- Painted postcard with a small envelope in the upper right corner. The envelope would have held the original message. The painting is of clover and roses, and predominately features the name 'Arthur.' The postcard also has smatterings of gold sparkles on it.

- On the front of the postcard: "Arthur." On the envelope on the front of the postcard: "A NOTE FROM." Handwritten on the back of the photograph: "Easter 1908 Arthur Church" & "Miss Sara McDonald Uplands Parry Sound Dist Ontario."
