Black and white photograph of a farmer, John Fonk, and some other people, possibly children, in a cart full of hay being pulled by a black and a white horse.

The children are Clifford and Jack Fonk. The picture was taken on an open field, which does not appear to have any particular crops planted in it.

The caption at the bottom of the image reads 'Haying on Norman Borne farm, Hwy 520. Shown are John Fonk, his son Clifford and Jack (John Jr.) on the wagon.
