R.J. Watson was my mothers grandfather and a member of parliament 1904-1908. I believe the family was also involved in shipping on the Magnetawan river. I believe they also had a home called the Knolls in Burks Falls. I would appreciate anyone who has more information sharing it with me. Gord Lawson Dyers Bay ON.

I live in your mother's grandfather's house. Turns out that I too am related to R.J. Apparently he was a great uncle of my mother. We should talk.
