- Description
- Black and white photograph of a swing bridge on the Magnetawan. This portion of the river is lined with trees.
The bridge is open. It operated by pivoting on a pier in the middle of the river. The swing bridge was designed to allow boats to pass by the bridge by pivoting. Despite the bridge being in a position which would allow boats to pass the bridge, there are no boats in the picture.
