The building on the right is McGirr's store (previously Vincent's) taken before the fire in 1943 so the c1950 date is incorrect. After the fire the building brick work was rebuilt a bit differently. It appears this photo was originally a RP post card mount that was re-photographed and never cropped thus the tripod leg. Further West on the street is Johnson's B/A Service Station, followed by the tennis court, then Arthur Smyth's house and finally the Anglican church.
