c 1911 Construction...the Plant does not yet appear to be operational in the photo. It was fully operational by winter 1911 Note the brickwork on the right side of the powerhouse left in this state to tie in additional structure..

What appears to have been identified as snow is in reality rock and construction debris.

The Grand Trunk RR Coal Shed is visible above the new power station and the second of three RR Water Towers is visible in the trees on the right....
