- Black and white photograph of the barn-raising for the family of Ambrose Ardiel, in 1925. There are a number of people helping with the barn raising. Many of the men are sitting on the rafters and appear to be posing for the photograph.

- This farm is now the Wilf McLaren farm. Some of the men pictured are: Rodger Roberts, Ed Russell, Henry Erven, Ed Sohm, Bert Sohm, Jack Ralston, Bill Hanson, Tom Bottomly, George Leighton, and Sam Scarlett.
