Notes
This picture was taken in July 1941, the day that Robert Hicks was buried. It was taken from the Mary Demery home, looking along Mary Street into Ahmic Harbour from the south. The home on the right belonged to the Hicks family. Looking along the road beyond this home, over the hill and across the causeway (which, of course, cannot be seen) is the Stanyer home on Lot 12, south side of Ahmic Street. Behind the Stanyer home is the home of William and Pearl Croswell. Furthest left, the home with the porch, at the edge of the picture, is the Ross home. Beside the Ross home is the home in which the Paget family lived from 1905 to 1911.
