Description

This image is one in a series of postcards from the Reg Near collection. An image of Queen Street facing West and highlighting mainly the street as well as the North side of the street. The photograph was taken from above ground level.

There is a 26 man marching band parading down the center of Queen Street in this photo. Pedestrians on the side walk are stopped to watch the band pass. Two vehicles are parked on either side of the street. Some of the store signs are visible in the photo, such as J. Ready, John M. Adam and on the corner of Queen and Wellington is a Hardware store with the name John M. Adam on it as well.

Notes

Condition: Good - All corners are slightly worn and the postcard has yellowed with age.
