- Description
- A black and white photograph of the old hospital being prepared for relocation. It was used by D.I.L. on King's Crescent opposite to the Town Hall, and was relocated to a site immediately south of the present hospital.
- Notes
- Location: King's Crescent
This was the original hospital built for the D.I.L. plant (1941). The new hospital opened in 1966, and so this picture was taken sometime between these dates. - Inscriptions
