When I started to work I went on to line 3. There was quite a performance before we got started. I am fingerprinted, photographed. This is all on record somewhere. You know they needed to know all of your background and they needed to be able to find you. You were quite thoroughly checked out I'm sure before they ever hired us. Then as we started we were identified and we each were issued a badge with a number. Just like being a prison and our picture was on the badge and you didn't ever get into the plant without that. I mean every person going through there were guards everywhere and you had to wear your identification badges. So the first 3 or 4 days was simply getting familiar with things and getting photographed and fingerprinted and being issued with uniforms. We had the safety regulations in the plant were excellent. That's why a lot of people never heard of about Ajax, because we didn't have any major explosions or fires or deaths or this type of thing.
