Flag pole - Mr. Johnston said he would discuss repair of same with the board. Back stop - will be repaired. Bazaar - Nov 25th. Move by Mrs. Manning and sec. by Mrs. Leathen that doners of bazaar items price same except rummage, which Mrs. Bentley will look after. Moved by Mrs. Parker and seconded by Mrs. Draper that unsold items be returned to donors & not reduced unless donor consulted. Chairmen’s report - Price for fish pond items 10¢ Posters are made, Bazaar will be announced on CBC T.V. every day for 1 wk. Tea room prices to be 25¢ for adults, & 15¢ for smaller plates for children. Mrs. Long volunteered for hosting on next meeting early in Dec. following bazaar. Those present were, Mrs. Mitchell, Mrs. Manning, Mrs. Long, Mrs. Armstrong, Mrs. Parker, Mrs. Draper, Mr. Dunning, Mrs. Leathen, Mrs. Barker, Mrs. Broughton, & Mrs. Fortier. Meeting adjourned.
