Treasurer reported a bank balance of $420.97, cash on hand $1.45 for a total of $422.42. As this was our last regular meeting the Programme Chairman & Council Rep. had nothing to report. Publication’s Chairman had phamplets available on Indian’s & Eskimos as well as many others. Corr. Sec. wrote thank you letters to Mr. McArthur & Mr. Bradbury for speaking at our April meeting. Mrs. Parker & Mrs. Mitchell reported on the Home & School Annual Convention which they attended with which the main theme was to “get involved”. It was moved by M. Hewson & seconded by F. Barber that approx. $205.00 be spent for trophies, book awards & pins. Carried. It was moved by A. Croxford & seconded by J. Mitchell that we spend a total of $30.00 for field day - $10.00 per each school. Carried. It was moved by F. Barber & seconded by D.
