RANGER, Marguerite (née Deschamps) 1928-2005 — The family announces with sorrow her passing at the West Nipissing General Hospital, on Tuesday, August 23, 2005, at the age of 76 years. Beloved wife of the late Hector Ranger Sr. Proud mother of Edmond (Therese) of Kitchener, Michel of Sturgeon Falls, Charles (Laura) of North Bay, Anita (Ray) of Sudbury, Monique (Blair Cousins) and Mona Ranger of Sturgeon Falls, Lucien (Catherine) of Kitchener, Lise (Donald Richer) of Sturgeon Falls, Carole (Mario Major) of Field. Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by many grandchildren, and many great-grandchildren. Dear sister of Rita Ranger and Marie Tremblay of North Bay, Jeanne Remillard of River Valley, Desneiges Côté, Thérèse Ranger, and Anita Chatelain all of North Bay. Predeceased by one son, Hector Jr. (Isabelle) and her parents, Eugène and Melina Deschamps, by her brothers and sisters: Napoléon, Lorenzo, Ida, and Helene. Mrs. Ranger was a proud member of the Sisters of Isabella. Family will be receiving relatives and friends at the THEORET FUNERAL HOME, on Friday, August 26, 2005 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Reverend Gerald Lajeunesse will celebrate the Funeral Mass at the Resurrection Church, on Saturday, August 27, at 1p.m. Donations to the Arthritis Society or the Heart & Stroke Foundation in memory of Marguerite Ranger, would be deeply appreciated by her family.
