On April 1st, 1973, a Memorial Hammond Organ was dedicated and the Minshall organ which served over twenty years at St. Andrew's went to Warren. A year later the United Church Women undertook to redecorate the church auditorium in white and gold, and on a bright day the stained glass windows are seen at their best against the white walls. 1975 is again a year of celebrations. It is the 50th anniversary of the United Church of Canada. A worship service and picnic is planned for June 15th at the Norland Camp near Kipling for Warren and Sturgeon Falls people. On April 27th, twenty-eight singers from Trinity Church North Bay, led in a folk service. On June 8th, we celebrate with a Special order for the communion service. In the church's outreach, the minister served in various areas, Family Services, a volunteer counselling bureau, the Adult Services Committee for Mentally Retarded, and as a Volunteer Probation Officer. The church has housed several AA Groups through the years. Cache Bay has been part of the church since 1916 but in 1973 the congregation decided to worship at St. Andrew's and they have made a good contribution there. This has allowed the minister to have a morning service at Warren, which due to a number of young families moving in, nave strenghtened the church there.
