- Le Screamer, est construit en 1922 par John B. Smith Lumber à Callander ON. / Photo of the building of the Screamer by the John B. Smith Lumber company in Callander, ON in 1922. The tugboat was powered by a 170 Horsepower steam engine. It could pull up to 10,000 logs, at 1.5 kilometres per hour during calm weather conditions on Lake Nipissing. The Screamer could hold 14 tons in its hold to feed their engine. The coal had to be loaded by hand ast depots in Callander or Surgeon Falls.
