This does not look like the GWR/GTR bridge in Oakville or over Bronte Creek. It is too light in construction to haul "steam road" equipment.
I think that this is a photo of the Halton Radial Electric Railway's bridge over Bronte Creek, or nearer to the line's terminus in Oakville.
