Postcard of the Royal Mail Ship Adriatic, likely from a soldier on board returning home after World War I.
Notes
The Adriatic, an ocean liner belonging to the White Star Line, was launched in Belfast in Sept. 1906. Her route was primarily from Liverpool to New York. During World War I she served as a troop ship and survived the war. She was scrapped in 1935.
