Matt Volaric completed a 16-week training course in general patrol and drug and firearm detection. On hand for the graduation were the children of Det. Const. Mike Tidball - five-year-old Kenzley and eight-year-old Colton. Tidball passed away suddenly on the job in 2021. The children named Blue and presented his K9 badge.
