The subject land is the Former Public Works Site at 2264, 2274 and 2320 Trafalgar Road. The Town-initiated rezoning proposes to amend the zoning permissions for Parcel 7 at the northwest corner of Trafalgar Road and Glenashton Drive. The purpose and effect of the proposed by-law is to revise the site specific zoning regulations related to height to: · provide for a maximum of six storeys · exempt structures providing a limited amount of rooftop amenity space from the maximum storey limit · clarify that the existing maximum height is inclusive of rooftop mechanical penthouses and permitted rooftop amenity space, or establish a new maximum height that excludes rooftop mechanical penthouses and rooftop amenity space. The vaccine is being of- fered at a recommended eight-week interval be- tween first and second dos- es. Appointments are now available at child-friendly pediatric clinics across the region and at the four exist- ing community clinics. Parents can also choose to take their children to a doctor's office or pharmacy that's signed up to partici- pate in the vaccination ef- fort.
